Please read through our policies before booking a unit for any event.
1.
In case of extreme weather that may cause harm to our units, we will reschedule for a future date.
2.
Full amount is due upon arrival.
3.
An electric outlet must withing 45 feet of the desired placement for the unit.
4.
When booking a water slide, please have a water hose hook-up within 45 feet.
5.
Please have the area cleared of where you'd like us to place the unit. We aim to arrive on-time to each delivery; therefore, clearing your items may delay us.
6.
Please view the "Inventory" section to view the dimensions of each unit. Some trees, branches and plants may harm or puncture our equipment.
7.
Water slides must remain in operation at all times. Unplugging a water slide before pick-up time will make it difficult for us to fold, roll and pick-up the unit.
8.
Please no food, drinks, shoes, sharp objects or party props (silly strings, confetti, etc.) in any unit.
